Who we are: Hi! We are Kanika and Anuradha, co-founders of ICH Creative Consulting – India’s top fashion and lifestyle consultancy based in Bangalore. We started ICH after spotting a gap in the Indian market for consumer-centric brand ideas and trend solutions in the fashion and lifestyle retail industry. Drawing on our combined experience of leading multiple brands and start-ups across the country, we built ICH Creative to connect the dots between research, design, buying, business development, and content marketing.
Kanika Vohra is a fashion brand strategist and consultant with over 27 years of experience, having built and led multiple fashion and luxury lifestyle brands in India across genres. Prior to ICH, she was the business head and founding member of AJIO.com, where she introduced one of the largest exclusive womenswear portfolios in the country at launch, and went on to head design and curation across site including menswear and kidswear. Before AJIO, she led brand and design direction for Elle Fashionwear India and Weekender®, working extensively with Disney. Her expertise spans brand strategy, creative direction, and buying and merchandising for both global and local fashion markets.
A design and content enthusiast with over 20 years of experience, Anuradha is deeply embedded in design solution thinking across a varied portfolio in fashion & lifestyle. She has led the design thought for over 11 brands in the country and globally in Menswear and Womenswear. Anuradha is a designer turned marketer, amongst the leaders on the creative thought for AJIO.com, first on private label and then onto marketing as Creative Director. Wherein she led the integrated creative communication across channels – on social media and performance marketing. Prior to AJIO, she was the head of design for Arrow, India in menswear. A certified design thinker, her expertise delves in brand and design strategy, creative direction and content.
